Prior to founding the firm, Dele served as General Counsel to the investment team at Walton Enterprises, where she oversaw the formation and management of complex, large-scale investment platforms for a multigenerational family office. She previously practiced at Hogan Lovells, leading the formation of numerous lower-middle-market private equity funds and advising clients across a broad range of alternative investment strategies.
